Manchester United have received Harry Kane transfer boost as Tottenham owner, Joe Lewis’ position on Harry Kane transfer saga has been confirmed, MySportDab reports.

Harry Kane has a year remaining in his Tottenham contract but is yet to sign  a new contract.

Harry Kane’s antics on his Tottenham contract has continued to stir up speculations on his Tottenham future.

Meanwhile, top clubs in Europe are milling around the player trying to sign him from the club this summer.

PSG, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United have been linked to the England legendary forward.

Bayern Munich have submitted two round of bids for the player this summer which has been turned down.

Manchester United reportedly back off from the race with fears of being dragged by Tottenham chairman, Daniel Levy, who is known as a hardline negotiator.

Now, Manchester United have received a fresh boost and incentive to go after Harry Kane again following the position of Tottenham owner, Joe Lewis, on Harry Kane’s transfer saga.

According to Manchester United Evening News, Joe Lewis, have issued an ultimatum to Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy to give Kane a deadline to decide his future at the club – either sign a new contract or be sold immediately.

The report adds Joe Lewis does not want Harry Kane to run down his contract with the club and leave on a free transfer after next season.

The move by Joe Lewis has been seen as a big chance for clubs to finally get meaningful talks on Harry Kane move from Daniel Levy.

Daniel Levy was insisting on keeping Harry Kane despite interests from other clubs while the striker is yet to sign a new deal.

He will now be compelled into talks to sell Harry Kane since the England striker is not ready to renew his contract.
