Chelsea have concluded with their decision on Manuel Ugarte who they have been holding talks for long, MySportDab reports.
The midfielder has been doing everything to join Chelsea since new manager Mauricio Pochettino held talks with him.
The Premier League have over the days also managed to increase their salary to make sure they reach an agreement for Manuel Ugarte.
Everything had been going well despite Paris Saint Germain involvement which cooled off for a bit until today in the early hours.
There has been a huge change in the deal which Chelsea have decided on what to do concerning the move which is now unlikely.
According to reports reaching us from Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have opted out of Manuel Ugarte deal due to Paris Saint Germain.

“Player was open to Chelsea move — but PSG have offered more and Chelsea are not willing to pay well above what they consider Ugarte’s “market rate”.

Chelsea are now drawing themselves back from making anymore decisions like they did during the January window.
Meanwhile the Blues will be focusing on other target who they will be hoping to help fortify the team ahead of the new season.
Chelsea have so many names drawn up as they expect to see a lot of first team players leaving due to no Champions League football.
Mauricio Pochettino have also started accessing the team and giving orders for which player he want to leave the team.
