The Premier League has announced the manager of the April shortlist for the the best manager award, MySportDab reports.
Leading the list of the names of managers earmarked for the award in the month of April is Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola.
Pep Guardiola has done an incredible job with Manchester City in the month of April.
Guardiola has recorded no defeat in the month, leading Manchester City to all wins in the Premier League to overtake Arsenal on the Premier League title race.
Pep Guardiola has won all his five Premier League matches in the month of April.
Also on the list of nominees for the award is Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta who has kept tab on the Premier League title race.
However, Mikel Arteta may not likely grab the award as Arsenalp dropped points in four consecutive games in the month, including a defeat to Premier title challengers Manchester City who have noe overtaken them on the Premier League title race.
Also on the list of managers slated for the award for the month of April is Roy Hodgson.
Roy Hodgson returned to the Premier League management with Crystal Palace, guiding them away from the relegation zone by securing four wins, 1 draw and a defeat.
Eddie Howe of Newcastle United is also on the list of nominees.
Howe has led Newcastle to consolidate their chase for a top four finish in the Premier League after winning 6 matches, and losing only one out of seven.
Gary O’Neill of Bournemouth is also on the list for the award for the month.
O’Neill has steered Bournemouth from the relegation zone securing five wins, and losing two.
