Chelsea legend John Terry has hit back at a fan who rejected him from making Frank Lampard’s backroom staff at Chelsea, MySportDab reports.

The former Chelsea defender seems angry as he engaged a fan who seemed to have gotten under his skin on his coaching credential.

The Twitter user had asked Todd Boehly not to recruit John Terry into Frank Lampard’s backroom staff due to Terry’s questionable coaching credentials.

The user said, John Terry’s obsession with golf have drained his coaching credentials making him unsuitable for high-profile jobs.

The Twitter user wrote, “Delighted that Lamps is back and excited by the back room appointments. But please don’t add JT (John Terry) to that list.

‘Club legend but too much golf and not enough coaching experience to warrant inclusion. We’re past the days of barrack-room bombast.”

The comment did not sit well with John Terry who took out time to blast the Twitter user while he revealed his coaching credentials and the decision not to join Lampard in Chelsea backroom staff.

John Terry wrote “Lazy comment. I have all my coaching badges to coach at the TOP LEVEL in the game.

‘Spent three years at Villa and WON PROMOTION to the Premier League, improved players and individuals year after year,’ he added.

‘Oh and played at the top level under some of the best managers in the game for 17 years.’

John Terry also added he is happy to Lampard back at the club but revealed he will not be joining Chelsea’s backroom staff as rumors say.

“It is good to have Frank Lampard back at Chelsea and everyone is happy.

‘I am conversant with how this works. Frank knows who to pick as his team and me too. I don’t want people to talk nonsense.”

John Terry and Frank Lampard were teammates at Chelsea and are regarded as one of the finest players the club have produced.
