Chelsea have now revealed their asking price for clubs to sell midfielder Mason Mount this summer, MySportDab reports.

The England international’s future remains uncertain as there has been no agreement over a new contract extension.

Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Manchester United are among clubs linked with signing the 24-year-old.

Chelsea want to raise money at the end of the season after spending £600m on new players recently.

According to The Athletic, Chelsea want £70m from any sale of Mount this summer, if he does not sign a new contract.

It remains unknown if clubs would pay that fee given that the player would be free in 2024.

Newcastle and Tottenham are also monitoring developments surrounding Mount, but Liverpool appear to have the most serious interest.

The Athletic claim that ‘significant talks’ have taken place over a potential transfer, with Liverpool not sure the type of kind of contract to offer him.

Liverpool’s interest is unsurprising given their main priority is the rebuild in midfield.

Naby Keita, James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will leave Anfield this summer and Arthur Melo will return back to Juventus.

However, MySportDab understands that Tuchel is eager to sign Mount for Bayern Munich.

Mount played a key role for Tuchel during his time at Chelsea, winning the Champions League in 2021.
