Brazil forward Richarlison has now won the 2022 World Cup best goal of the tournament for his stunning bicycle kick against Serbia, MySportDab reports.

The Tottenham man scored a world class goal in the 73rd minute of Brazil’s opening match of the tournament.

Now, FIFA has revealed that the goal has been voted as the goal of the tournament by fans ahead of our goals scored.

Richarlison had a difficult task when he received the ball from Vinicius Jr in the box.

The Tottenham attacker took a perfect first touch and then connected with a stunning bicycle kick striker past Serbia keeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.

That was the Brazilian’s second goal of the game and he helped them secure a 2-0 win.

Neymar Jr also got nominated for the award after scoring a brilliant goal in extra-time against Croatia.

However, Croatia recovered and reached the semi-finals with a penalty shoot-out win.

Kylian Mbappe’s volley in the World Cup final is also being mentioned by fans as one of the tournament best goals.

Richarlison is now back to club football at Tottenham, and Coach Antonio Conte talked about his hamstring injury.

He said: ‘I closely watched all my players at the World Cup, because you know you can lose them, and it happened with Richarlison, Bentancur and Ben Davies.’

Asked how long Richarlison would be unavailable, Antonio replied: ‘I spoke with the medical team, they are saying three to four weeks. It was a serious injury.’
