Manchester United have terminated Cristiano Ronaldo contract following his explosive interview, MySportDab reports.

Cristiano Ronaldo time with Manchester United have now ended so badly as the Old Trafford club have decided on what to do with the Portuguese International.

The termination of his contract comes following his explosive interview with British journalist Piers Morgan last week.

It was reported that those at Manchester United were not in a happy mood following the interview which was made public by Morgan.

Erik Ten Hag had to make contact with the board having suspend his holiday to ensure they hold a meeting to come to a conclusion.

Manchester United have now agreed and decided to terminate the Portuguese International contract by mutual consent.

“Cristiano Ronaldo is to leave Manchester United by mutual agreement, with immediate effect.

“The club thanks him for his immense contribution across two spells at Old Trafford, scoring 145 goals in 346 appearances and wishes him and his family well for the future.

“Everyone at Manchester United remains focused on continuing the team’s progress under Erik ten Hag and working together to deliver success on the pitch.

Cristiano Ronaldo and his agent will now have to work on a way forward after the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup which is going down in Qatar.

So many people are not shocked with the. Action taken by Manchester United who have earlier made a statement that they will make a decision soon.

With Ronaldo deal terminated, the likes of so many clubs including Chelsea might force a move to happen as a decision will have to be made soon after the World Cup.

Real Madrid are also said to be interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo who can join any team as a free agent without any transfer fee to be paid for the move.
