Ousmane Dembele scored with hat-trick assist as Barcelona claimed a 4-0 victory against Athletic Bilbao, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
Both teams started well going forward in the early stages of the first half which saw creating a fair amount of opportunities.
Barcelona scored the opening goal in the 12th minutes of the game which came from Ousmane Dembele with the assist coming from Robert Lewandowski which made it 1-0.
Athletic Bilbao continued the game unable to hit back but were too bad to stop Sergi Roberto from making it 2-0 in the 28th minute which was from another perfect finish.
Robert Lewandowski score another one in the 22nd minute of game to increase the scoreline to 3-0 as the match carried on looking good for the home side who kept scoring.
The first half ended with Barcelona taking a 3-0 advantage into the break against Athletic Bilbao after 45 minutes of football which was played between the both of them.
Second Half Report
The second half was better for the away side who started well and didn’t go down early despite the pressure coming from their opponent who wanted more.
Barcelona were good to go but only wanted to make sure they push the ball around to kill off time knowing they already have a 3-0 lead from the first half.
So much more came from Athletic Bilbao but it wasn’t enough to cause any damage as all attempts were quickly canceled out by their opponent who did well.
Ferran Torres made it 4-0 in the game after a wonderful finish from the Spaniard who came into the match to make his mark by scoring a stunner.
The match carried on and ended with Barcelona claiming a 4-0 victory against Athletic Bilbao after 90 minutes of football played between the both of them.
