Tottenham Hotspur have inflicted a heavy defeat on a struggling Leicester City by thrashing them 6-2 to maintain their unbeaten run in the season, MySportDab reports. 

First Half 

Tottenham kicked off the game against the Foxes in a dramatic fashion by conception an early, which Tielemans converted in the 6th minute to give Leicester an early lead.

Tottenham immediately mounted a perfect response as a good buildup play ended in an 8th-minute equalizer for the Lilywhites.

Kulusevski gave the assist to Harry Kane, who fired in the equalizer to tie the game with the help of a rickety Leicester defense.

Eric Dier was also on target in the 21st minute after a great assist from Ivan Perisic as Leicester emerged from a goal down to take the lead.

Four minutes to the end of the second half, Leicester City pulled another dramatic equalizer courtesy of James Maddison’s strike.

Both sides went into the halftime break courts with the game tied on a 2-2 draw.

Second Half

Just two minutes into the second half, a costly mistake by Wilfred Ndidi in the midfield saw him being dispossessed one midfield.

Tottenham drove in straight into the box after winning the possession wine Bentacur beating the Leicester goalkeeper to make it 3-2.

The game was more balanced, with Leicester looking for an equalizer while Tottenham also pressed to extend their lead.

In the 73rd minute, Son Heung-Min got an assist from Bentacur and perfectly converted it to extend the score line by a two goals margin.

Leicester were definitely heading to another defeat as their winless run in the Premier League continued.

Two quick goals by Son Heung-Min put the game beyond Leicester as they settled for a heavy 6-2 defeat in the hands of the Lilywhites.
