Allan Saint-Maximin Wins EPL Goal Of The Month! (WATCH)

Allan Saint-Maximin’s 90th-minute equalizer against Wolves has won the Premier League goal of the Month, MySportDab reports.

The former Monaco player pulled a stoppage-time equalizer to enable Newcastle United to secure a draw and share the spoils with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

 

The French forward smashed home a memorable equalizer in the 90th minute after Hwang Hee-chan’s miscued attempted clearance fell his way on the edge of the penalty area.

This left Wolves ruing their failure to convert more than one of their few, but clearcut chances after Rúben Neves had given them the lead late in the first half with a superb goal of his own.

Allan Saint-Maximin joined  Newcastle United on August 2, 2019 on a six-year contract.

He made his debut few days later in the club’s defeat to Arsenal on the opening the Premier League opening match.

His first goal for the Magpies was scored On 5 December in a 2–0 win against Sheffield Unite, with his second goal coming two months later in the FA Cup against Oxford United.

Saint-Maximin has been phenomenal for the Magpies since joining the club in 2019, scoring goals and delivering critical assists when it matters.

In the other award, Erling Haaland was awarded the player of the month award, while Mikel Arteta of Arsenal won the manager of the month award.

Erling Haaland scored nine Premier League goals for Manchester City in five matches in the month of August.

Mikel Arteta won all his five Premier League matches to go top of the Premier League table with a maximum of 15 points before losing to Manchester United.
