Pierre Aubameyang could be returning the Premier League soon as Chelsea set to make move, MySportDab reports.
Thomas Tuchel is now pushing for Chelsea to help him get Pierre Aubameyang from Barcelona before the window closes.
The Blues manager has seen the former Arsenal man as the perfect striker to help with their goal scoring issues with Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku leaving.
Chelsea haven’t enjoyed a good window so far as they have lost out in races to make more than enough signing which has left them frustrated.
The Blues could only complete 3 major signings adding to their senior team which includes the likes of Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly and Marc Cucurella.
They are expected to spend at least €200 million in the market which they have already gone beyond €150 million mark in signing three players.
The Blues lost out on moves for Jules Kounde and Raphinha to Barcelona who were able to complete both moves despite the Premier League side making the first offer.
They have now turned their attention right now to Aubameyang who they are hoping to make their offer to Barcelona in the coming day.
According to reports reaching us from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed that Thomas Tuchel is now pushing to see Chelsea complete a move for the former Arsenal man.
Here Is What Was Said:
“Thomas Tuchel is pushing with Todd Boehly to sign Pierre Aubameyang as he’s considered perfect striker – but Barcelona have not received official proposal yet.
Chelsea are considering Auba as an option as revealed last week.
Thomas Tuchel and Aubameyang both worked together in Germany which the Gabonese striker scored 79 goals before leaving.
He is now hoping to force Chelsea into making a move happen which could see him getting his former player to come team up together once again.
