Manchester United have now confirmed the shirt number of new signing Lisandro Martinez and Christian Eriksen, MySportDab reports.
Om Saturday, the Red Devils finally confirmed the signing of defender Martinez from Ajax.
United agreed to paid an initial £46.8million for the defender and the total fee could reach around £55.3m.
Erik ten Hag has now strengthened his defensive options with the arrival of Martinez after their time working together in Ajax.
The 24-year-old signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford to 2027.
Now, Manchester United have officially confirmed that Martinez will wear the No.6 Jersey next season.
This is the previous number of former player Paul Pogba, who has now joined Juventus.
Also, Free transfer signing Christian Eriksen will wear Number 14 for Manchester United next season.
Upon signing the contract, Martinez said: “I feel honoured to join this great football club. I’ve worked so hard to here, now I’m going to push myself further.
“I’ve played my part of successful teams in my career and I hope to continue like that at Manchester United.
“There is a so much work to be done, but I believe that, under this manager, and my new team-mates, we can do it.
