Gabriel Jesus scored a hat trick as Arsenal thrashed Sevilla 6-0 in their final preseason match, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The Gunners had everything under control in the first half of the encounter, scoring non-stop against their opponent.
Arsenal set the ball rolling after a beautiful goal from the penalty spot, which came from Bukayo Saka to make the scoreline 1-0 in the 10th minute.
Sevilla couldn’t understand what was going on as the pressure was all on them before they conceded another goal in the 13th minute from Gabriel Jesus to make it 2-0.
A lot happened as the match carried on further, with so much coming from the Gunners, who had another goal scored by Gabriel Jesus in the 15th minute to make it 3-0.
It was about Mikel Arteta, and his players were unstoppable in the first half, which saw them doing more as Bukayo Saka made it 4-0 in the 19th minute.
It was embarrassing for the Spanish side, who were left clueless on what to do to ensure something happened for themselves.
The first half ended with Arsenal taking a massive 4-0 advantage into the break against Sevilla after 45 minutes of football played between them.
Second Half Report
The second half kicked off with more cooperative play from the Spanish side, which tightened things up at the back of their defense.
Arsenal couldn’t operate as they did in the first half, which saw them scoring four goals without getting any reply for their opponent.
Sevilla needed to make something happen for themselves, having gone down by four goals, and at least needed a plan to occur as it carried on.
Gabriel Jesus made it a hat trick for himself in the 77th minute of the game from another great goal which made it 5-0 as it carried on.
A late goal in the 88th minute from Edward Nketiah made it 6-0 for the Gunners, who were just too good to handle in the game.
The match ended with Arsenal beating Sevilla 6-0 in their final preseason match as they get ready for the new season coming up next week.
