Former Liverpool star John Barnes has reacted to Sadio Mane’s Liverpool exit, MySportDab reports.
It is no longer news that the Senegal international has finally quit the Anfield club.
Mane had remained mute over his Liverpool future before the Reds UCL final clash with Real Madrid.
After the final in which Liverpool lost by a lone goal to the Merengues, Mane came out clear on his Liverpool future.

The 29-year-old stated that he will leave the Anfield club, although he still has a year remaining in his contract with Liverpool.
With Bayern facing the imminent prospect of Lewandowski’s exit, the Bavarians were interested in the 2021 AFCON winner.
However, the management of Liverpool did not comment on the decision of Mane to leave the club.
After the previous rejection of bids from the Bundesliga giants, the Reds finally reached an agreement with Bayern Munich to sell Sadio Mane.
Sadio Mane is set to be unveiled today as a Bayern Munich player after a £35m deal.

Barnes, commenting on Mane’s deal, has previously stated that Mane has done his best for Liverpool but can’t be categorised as an all-time great.
Barnes stated that the exit of Mane is not coming as a shock because ‘this is modern football’.
He went on to praise the Senegal striker, who has given 100 per cent to the Reds.
“This is modern football – players come and go. The only thing club can demand from their players is to give 100 per cent commitment while they are on their books, and that is what Mane has done,” Barnes said.
Sadio Mane has scored a whopping 120 goals for the Reds since joining them from Southampton six years ago and has won 6 trophies with the Anfield club.
