The 2021-22 season PFA Player Of The Year nominees have now been confirmed, MySportDab reports.
Man Utd Star Cristiano Ronaldo is now in the race to win the PFA’s Men’s Player of the Year award.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have three player nominated for the top award.
Despite Manchester United having their worst Premier League season ever, Ronaldo still proved crucial.
The 37-year-old ended the season with 18 league goals and three assists in the Premier League.
However, Premier League Champions Manchester City have only one player nominated for the award and that is Kevin De Bruyne.
Fans are not happy that Bernardo Silva and Rodri were not nominated for the award this season.
De Bruyne remains the favourite to win the award again after ending the season with 15 goals and eight assists.
The Belgian won the award back in 2020 and 2021.

While City fans are not happy, Liverpool are satisfied with their nominees of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk.
The PFA award will be decided by fellow professionals and Liverpool’s attempt for a famous quadruple did not go unnoticed.
Salah is once again one of the frontrunners, after finishing the 2021-22 season with the most goals along Son Heung-min.
For Mane, he has proved in recent weeks and showed his quality in the UEFA Champions League final in Paris against Real Madrid.
In the Premier League, Mane ended the season with 16 goals and four assists.
Some top performers not included on the list include Declan Rice, Bernardo Silva, Son Heung-min and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
