Neymar and Kylian Mbappe both scored as PSG beat Marseille 2-1 in the French Ligue One, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
Three goals was scored in the first half of the encounter which saw both teams finding the back of the net after 45 minutes.
PSG Vs Marseille was good in the first 10 minutes of the match which saw nothing being scored between both of them who created a fair amount of opportunities which didn’t result to anything.
Paris Saint Germain scored the opening goal in the 14th minute of the game which was through Neymar who made sure his finishing was on point to make it 1-0 for his side.
More opportunities came through as the match carried on with the away side leveling things 1-1 in the 31st minutes through a goal from Duje Caleta-Car as things carried on going forward.
It was looking good as a late penalty was awarded to Paris Saint Germain which saw Kylian Mbappe stepping up to convert and make the scoreline 2-1 for his side who regained their advantage.
Second Half Report
The second half continued where it left in the first half which saw the home side dominating play while they try to keep their lead intact.
PSG were doing well enough defending as they continued pushing forward looking for more goals which will see them kill off things, but it didn’t happen for them.
Marseille did well enough in creating opportunities which wasn’t getting past their opponent who were well organized in their defending which didn’t allow anything going past them.
William Saliba scored in the 85th minute of the game but unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be as VAR ruled out the goal.
That was the last action which saw the match PSG 2-1 Marseille as the home side claimed all the needed three points after 90 minutes played.
