Arsenal are now ready to submit offers for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford at the end of the season, MySportDab reports.
Arsenal Coach Mikel Arteta is short of attacking options in the summer.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang left Arsenal in January and joined Barcelona.
Also, Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah will leave Arsenal on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Lacazette and Nketiah have both scored once in the Premier League so far in 2022.
This has left Arsenal looking for players to play in attack.
Now, According to The Mirror, Arsenal have identified Marcus Rashford as a suitable attacking option for next season.
Rashford has fallen out of the first team at Manchester United in recent months.
He has started only three league matches since 2022.
The Englishman has only scored five goals across all competitions this season.
His lack of game time has led to questions about his future at Manchester United.
Rashford also got left out of England’s squad by Coach Gareth Southgate.
Southgate has said that he will meet the 24-year-old and help to bring back his best form.
With the World Cup coming up, Rashford may decide that a change of clubs could be the right step forward.
His contract at United will expire in 2023, but the Red Devils do have the option to extend by another year.
