BREAKING! Jadon Sancho WITHDRAWS From England Squad (Details)

Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has now withdrawn from the England national team camp today, MySportDab reports.

Sancho has been sent home due to an injury picked up earlier this week.

The winger missed Thursday’s win against Hungary due to a minor knock.

Sancho will now also miss England’s next matches against Andorra on Sunday or Poland on Wednesday.

A statement from the England national team read: “Following further assessment, Jadon has returned to Manchester United and should recover in time for his club’s next match against Newcastle United on September 11th.”

Sancho is now the second player to drop out of Gareth Southgate’s squad.

Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the first player to withdraw due to injury before the Three Lions camp.

England Coach Southgate will now continue work with his 23-man squad for the next two World Cup qualifier matches

England remain top their group after the 4-0 victory against Hungary a few days back.

However, Jadon Sancho is yet to live up to expectations in the Premier League.

He has played in all three of Manchester United’s Premier League matches this season following his £73m transfer.

The 21-year-old got his United start in the 1-0 win at Wolves but failed to make an impact before being taken off in the 72nd minute.

England’s win against Hungary means they now lead Poland by five points in the group.

The top team of a group will automatically qualify for next year’s World Cup finals in Qatar.
