The likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain are also looking to make a move too as they continue to monitor his situation.

Bayern Munich are already taking the bold step forward in opening talks with his agent and brother.

Goal can confirm that the Bavarians are the latest club to show interest in signing the German who could drop into free agent this season.

Thomas Tuchel has made it clear that Antonio Rudiger is part of his team and won’t be looking to see him leave anytime soon.

Chelsea are currently holding talks with the defender representatives over reaching an agreement for an extension beyond this season.

The German International is demanding for an increase in his salary as he knows it might be his last chance to get a better deal as he nears age of 30.

Antonio Rudiger is currently 28, which is the prime age of any player likely to be at their best and also command a huge wage to their name.

The defender has been a solid rock in the heart of Chelsea defense since Thomas Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard.

Rudiger was amongst list of players almost making their way out of Stamford Bridge until the club had to make a change in their managerial position.

Talks with Bayern Munich are still on early stages with nothing advance as Chelsea are also in total control of getting a new deal signed with the defender.
