Manchester City Vs Chelsea is finally hear tonight in the highly-anticipated Champions League club between two English clubs, MySportDab reports.

Manchester City lost to Chelsea in the FA Cup in April, and later in the Premier League in May, but Pep Guardiola now has the chance of using his best XI.

Tonight is everything: Guardiola’s best XI Vs Tuchel’s best XI and the winner returns to England with the Champions League trophy.

In City’s Champions League matches, they’ve used a false nine and kept the same set of players recently.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are working on creating a defensive shield in training for when City dominate possession.

Team News

Ilkay Gundogan is now a doubt for the Champions League final after his injury scare during the final training session.

The central midfielder suffered a knock on the thigh during a challenge with Fernandinho their training session yesterday.

Gundogan was not used in last week’s 5-0 win against Everton and Pep Guardiola will be hopeful the issue is not serious.

Here is how Manchester City can Line-up today.

Goalkeeper – Ederson

Ederson will return in goal tonight for the Champions League final.

Defence – Walker, Cancelo, Dias, Stones

Pep Guardiola could start Walker ahead of Mendy in that defence tonight.

Dias and Stones have both impressed for Manchester City this season, they should keep their place in the squad.

Cancelo will surely start except there’s a problem with his fitness.

Midfield – Rodri, Gundogan/Fernandinho

Gundogan could start ahead of Fernandinho if his knock in training is not serious.

However, if Gundogan can’t start, Fernandinho will play alongside Rodri in midfield.

Attack – Sterling, De Bruyne, Mahrez, Bernardo Silva

Manchester City have played frequently without a striker upfront and do very well in attack.

Sterling, and Mahrez should start on both sides of the attack, with De Bruyne in the no.10.

Bernardo Silva could lead the attack as a false 9 for Manchester City tonight.

Manchester City Likely XI Vs Chelsea: Ederson, Walker, Dias, Stones, Cancelo, Rodri, Fernandinho, De Bruyne, Sterling, Mahrez, Silva.

Chelsea Likely XI Vs Man City: Mendy, Azpilicueta, Silva, Rudiger, James, Kante, Kovacic, Chilwell, Mount, Werner, Pulisic.
