Goals from Lionel Messi and Frankie de Jong ensured Barcelona advance to the next round of the Copa Del Rey after beating Rayo Vallecano 2-1, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the encounter was evenly matched as both sides failed to score any goal within 45 minutes.
Rayo Vallecano did well enough to keep themselves from conceding as the game progressed which saw them soaking in all the attacks.

Rayo Vallecano took the lead in the 63rd minute after Garcia put them upfront 1-0 which came through a nice buildup play from the home side.
Lionel Messi leveled things in the 69th minute after he teamed up with Griezmann who provided the assist that led to making things 1-1 in the game.
Frankie de Jong scored in the 80th minute with an outstanding finish which saw the match ending with Rayo Vallecano 1-2 Barcelona.
