Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain has agreed on a deal to join Inter Miami after agreeing on a deal with club owner David Beckham, MySportDab reports.
The Argentine striker is set to move on to the final phase of his career after parting ways with Juventus.
Higuain’s contract with the Turin outfit was terminated after the appointment of new coach Andrea Pirlo.
It was earlier reported that the new boss’s first mission is to cut down the club huge wages paid to players.
The process saw them terminate the contract of Sami Khedira who had few game time last season under Sarri.
Pirlo is also considering the option of offloading Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala who both earn huge wages.
After being let go by Juventus, Gonzalo Higuain could be heading to MLS where he will join Inter Miami.
According to reports from TyC Sports, the striker has reached a principle of agreement with Inter Miami.
Former Juventus teammate Blaise Matuidi also recently sealed his own move to Miami as a free agent.
The club owned by David Beckham looks to land another big name in football history if the move is official.
The Italian champions is looking at the possibility of replacing him with Luis Suarez.
