He has also struggled to gain his grand in the Super Eagles national team of Nigeria as he missed out from the Afcon.

He managed to gain his form back before the end of the 2019/2020 season as he started a couple of matches alongside Jamie Vardy.

His services is now being needed by Turkish gaint Fenerbache who are looking to replace Vedat Muriqi.

Kelechi Iheanacho has emerged on Fenerbahce’s transfer radar, according to reports from Fotospor.

The Turkish club want to bring in the 23 year old to replace Vedat Muriqi, who is on his way to Lazio.

Fenerbahce is willing to pay Leicester City €12 million to take Iheanacho on loan for two years.

This might be the escape plan for the Nigerian who has struggled for regular playing time under Rogers’ team.

The English Premier League side will be looking to add more fresh legs to their team as they will be in Europa next season.

No any other offers have come for the player and it is possible for a move to be made in the coming weeks.
