Arsenal have put the likes of Coutinho alongside Partey and Willian as their top priority in the transfer window, MySportDab reports.
The Gunners will be looking to add the trio to their team for next season as they look to bolster their squad.
Mikel Arteta who recently joined the Emirates Stadium outfit and won the FA Cup within months with them will be looking to build his side.
Arsenal have identified the likes Willian, Coutinho and Partey as transfer targets, according to reports from The Times.
The FA cup winners will be looking to aim higher next season and fight for a top four finish.
Willian will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season if Chelsea fails to agree fresh terms with him.
While Coutinho is set to leave Barca following a loan spell at Bayern Munich which wasn’t that good for him.
Also Partey has a €50 million (£45m/$59m) release clause in his current Atletico Madrid contract.
According to reports Arsenal are yet to match the asking price placed on the Ghanian International.
The Club is also looking at the possibility of offloading nine of their regular players to free up funds for new signings.
