Nigeria are now planning to snatch Arsenal Star Bukayo Saka from England, MySportDab reports.
The 18-year-old has emerged as a quality player for future and was set to break into the England national team.
He has played for England at junior level and now plays for the Under 19 side but he could still be promoted to the Under 21s.
But, According to MySportDab sources, Nigeria are planning to snatch Saka into the Super Eagles national team.
The Nigeria Football Federation now hope to persuade him to play for the Super Eagles.
Their plan has not progressed in recent weeks due to the coronavirus pandemic which stopped football matches.
But National team games will return in September, the Nigeria Football Federation will continue with their efforts.
Saka has enjoyed a breakthrough season at the Emirates while playing with the No 77 on the back of his Jersey.
The 18-year-old has scored four goals and provided 11 assists across all competitions in 39 matches.
Meanwhile, Nigeria are accelerating plans to snatch Arsenal wonderkid Bukayo Saka from under the nose of England as Super Eagles look to call up youngster ahead of next round of international fixtures.

Over the years, Nigeria have persuaded the likes of Alex Iwobi, Victor Moses and Ola Aina to switch allegiance from the England national team.
However, Nigeria failed in their bid to get Chelsea duo Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori after both players revealed their plans to play for England.
