Manchester United Left-back Luke Shaw has praised the impact Paul Pogba made in Friday’s 1-1 draw at Tottenham, MySportDab reports.

Pogba won a penalty which Bruno Fernandes scored to equalise the match for Manchester United.

The Frenchman had not played for United since Boxing Day in the Premier League.

However, Shaw was impressed with his short performance against Tottenham.

About Pogba’s performance, Shaw told MUTV: ‘After the game, I told him how much difference he made.

‘He didn’t play for a long time but it’s nice to have him back and Marcus Rashford also in the team.

‘They are very key players and maybe Paul can play from the start in Wednesday’s match.’

MySportDab understands that Fernandes could have a second penalty to score 10 minutes later when referee Jonathan Moss point at the spot for another foul by Eric Dier.

But, the video assistant referee overturned the decision.

Manchester United had their chances to steal the win against Tottenham in the second half despite their poor start in the first half.

The Red Devils play next on Wednesday against Sheffield United.

A win for Mourinho against Manchester United would have put Spurs back in the race for Champions League football next season.
