Manchester United play LASK in the Europa League this evening (Thursday), MySportDab reports.
Manchester United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists both Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba are out of the Europa League clash against LASK on Thursday night.
United’s match has been affected by fears over the deadly coronavirus.
The Austrian government revealed there will be just 500 fans in the stadium for the Europa League game.
There were doubts if the game would go ahead due to fears over the coronavirus, however, the match will still be played.
LASK are without midfielder duo Thomas Goiginger and Marvin Potzmann due to knee problems, while defenders Philipp Wiesinger and Petar Filipovic will both miss the clash through suspension.
Manchester United boss Solskjaer has given injury updates ahead of LASK match.
Martial suffered an injury during United’s 2-0 win against Manchester City, while Pogba has not been available since December due to an ankle problem.
Solskjaer said: “Anthony hurt himself after he slid into the post, so he’s not ready for the game.
“Hopefully he will be ready for Sunday but I’m not very sure, he’s still struggling.
“And Paul is getting better and , yes, but today he was not in the team, no.
“He’s not trained with the squad, or fully with the team, yet. So by next week he’ll be back training.”
Pogba is expected to play in the coming weeks after recovering from his ankle surgery.
According to MySportDab sources this week, all Premier League matches will be played behind closed doors for the rest of the season in an attempt to avoid the CoronaVirus spread.
