Chelsea have an agreement in place to sign Strasbourg Valentín Barco on a permanent deal, MySportDab reports.
The Argentina international is expected to make a move happen after an impressive performance since making the move to France.
He won’t be the only player making the move from Strasbourg to Chelsea as the Premier League are expecting some others to make same move.
Valentín Barco has been outstanding and proving to be the next big name in European football in just one season in France.
The left back previously played in the Premier League with Brighton and Hove Albion before making a move.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed an agreement is in place on personal terms for the player move.

“Up to Chelsea if/when to proceed, in total control of the deal being at Strasbourg.
Valentín Barco is expected to join Chelsea once the season comes to an end as the transfer window is currently not open until the summer when things will be able to be completed.
