Lyle Foster scored the winning goal as South Africa claimed a 2-1 victory against Angola, MySportDab reports.
It wasn’t an easy game for the Bafana Bafana who saw a goal being chopped off by VAR after a long review.
First Half Report
It was another AFCON match which saw both teams came in prepared to get all the three points that was at stake.
They both did well enough from kickoff until Oswin Appollis scored a beauty in the 21st minute with assist from Lyle Foster to make it 1-0.
The game carried on with more being played until the 35th minute when Show leveled things 1-1 after a good assist from Fredy.
Both South Africa and Angola settled for a 1-1 scoreline before heading for the break with more work left to be done.
Second Half Report
There was some minor discussions for both teams as they looked to make some changes to impact the match.
Moremi scored in the 51st minute of the match, but it was called back by VAR which later chopped off the goal and left things 1-1.
Lyle Foster scored in the 79th minute which ended up being the winner for South Africa who claimed three points from a 2-1 result against Angola.
