Ahead of the clash, Maresca gave update on Liam Delap who have been involved with training for a while after making recovery.
The Blues manager earlier confirmed the striker was back ahead of his expected time, but he wasn’t ready to be involved with action.
His situation have improved with the manager serving new update today which comes as a big news to the team.
According to Nizaar Kinsella, he confirmed Enzo Maresca update which concerns Liam Delap return to action.

“Liam Delap is back to face Wolves but not ready for 90 minutes, according to Enzo Maresca.
He will be expected to play a part in the game which is a must win for Chelsea after losing against Sunderland.
The manager is also not looking to rush him into action as they would want him to come in slowly before hitting the ground running.
Liam Delap was expected to return in December, but his early return is something Chelsea won’t be looking to risk him with too much work load.
