Rico Lewis have signed his new contract at Manchester City which will keep him beyond his current deal, MySportDab reports.
The Defender was in talks to extend his contract despite him still have some more years left on his previous deal.
The decision was taken to ensure they fend off any suitors looking to approach the player who had numerous admirers.
Manchester City are doing everything possible to keep key players knowing other teams are looking at making moves on them.
Pep Guardiola have shown confidence in the young defender who made his break from the club Academy.
Manchester City made the announcement today confirming the player signed a new contract which will keep him until 2030.
