Nottingham Forest have appointed Ange Postecoglu as their new manager after Nuno Espirito Santo sack, MySportDab reports.
The Premier League side decided to part ways with Santo after some issues between him and the club owner.
Nottingham Forest had a good campaign during the 2024/2025 season despite them not making the Champions League.
They had their best finish after a long time despite having points deduction which proved to be no issues.
However, it was claimed that the manager and club owner wasn’t good in terms of their relationship which might have led to the sack.
Today the club have announced former Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglu as their new boss in charge.
Here Is What Was Said:
“We are bringing a coach to the Club who has a proven and consistent record of winning trophies.
“His experience of coaching teams at the highest level, along with his desire to build something special with us at Forest, makes him a fantastic person to help us on our journey and achieve consistently all our ambitions.
“After gaining promotion to the Premier League, then building consistently season after season to secure European football, we now must take the right step to compete with the very best and challenge for trophies.
“Ange has the credentials and the track-record to do this, and we are excited he is joining us on our ambitious journey.”
Ange Postecoglu is expected to take charge of the match against Arsenal which won’t be an easy start to his Premier League return.
