Chelsea have unveiled their new signing Liam Delap who officially joins from Ipswich Town, MySportDab reports.
The player had offers from various Premier League clubs and also from Germany after the season came to an end.
He opted for moving to Chelsea after talk with Enzo Maresca who wanted the striker to join them this summer.
The move didn’t take much to happen with the player making sure there was no stress in reaching an agreement.
Ipswich Town and Chelsea agreement was reached quickly as there was already a clause after his former team was hit with relegation.

The player sign a long term contract of six years which will run until 2031 before a new decision will be made to extend.

‘It’s going to be an incredible place for me to develop, and I hope to achieve amazing things here and help the club win more trophies.’
Liam Delap is expected to wear the number 9 shirt at Chelsea, but the decision will be made before the new season commence which is around August 2025.
