Algeria made lightwork of Equatorial Guinea 1-3 to round off their group stages match for the AFCON 2025, MySportDab reports.
It was a one sided affair despite both teams getting something to celebrate before the encounter came to an end.
First Half Report
Belaid wasted no time in putting Algeria ahead in the 19th minute after a beautiful assist from Hadj Moussa which made things 0-1.
Things became 0-2 in the 25th minute after Maza setup a nice assist which saw Chaibi made it count as the match progressed between both teams.
Maza made it 0-3 after working together with Hadj Moussa who provided the assist before he was able to increase the advantage.
It was raining goals with Equatorial Guinea behind 0-3 after the third which came in the 32nd minute before end of the first half.
Second Half ReportÂ
The game resumed with nothing left to be done by the Algerians who were more relaxed as they needed to slow things a bit.
Emiliano Nsue pulled one goal back in the 50th minute making sure the scoreline was 1-3 thanks to assist from Balboa.
The match came to an end with Algeria claiming a 1-3 victory against Equatorial Guinea after 90 minute of action for the final group stages match.
