Erling Haaland scored a brace as Manchester City thrashed Burnley 5-1 in their Premier League clash, MySportDab reports.
Esteve scored two own-goal which made sure his side were nowhere able to make a comeback in the encounter.
First Half Report
The game came to life with all odds on Pep Guardiola side to claim the needed three points at the Etihad Stadium.
It was a bad day for Maxime Esteve who opened the goals after an error forced him to commit and own-goal in the 12th minute to make it 1-0.
Burnley pulled a leveler in the 38th minute with a goal from Anthony who was assisted by Hartman as the game turned 1-1 until the end of first half.
Second Half Report
Nunes restored Manchester City lead with a goal in the 61st minute with a wonderful assist from Haaland that made it 2-1.
Another own-goal from Maxime Esteve in the 65th minutes made sure it was 3-1 as the home side kept on pressing.
Erling Haaland started his show after scoring a beauty in the 90th minute with Doku making the assist which saw things became 4-1.
Haaland once again with a goal in the additional time to make sure Manchester City claimed a 5-1 victory against Burnley.
