Julian Alvarez scored a brace as Atletico Madrid claimed a 5-2 derby win against Real Madrid, MySportDab reports.
It was a massive Madrid derby which saw the home team making sure they hammered Xabi Alonso his first lost.
First Half Report
The game started with Le Normand drawing first blood for the home side after his outstanding goal which made things 1-0.
The opening goal came in the 14th minute with assist from Simeone. The game became 1-1 in the 25th minute thanks to Kylian Mbappe who was assisted by Arda Guler.
It was 1-2 in the 36th minute with Vinicius Jr assist for Arda Guler who was able to score and made sure they took a vital lead.
Clement Lenglet scored but his goal was ruled out by VAR before Sørloth additional minutes goal which was assisted by Koke to end the first half 2-2.
Second Half Report
The home side continued where they left with them restoring their advantage after Julian Alvarez penalty which he converted in the 51st minute.
It was 3-2 in the game which saw another goal from Julian Alvarez making sure it was 4-2 and a brace for him in the 63rd minute.
Antoine Griezmann rounded off the Madrid derby with an additional minutes goal which made sure Atletico snatched a 5-2 victory at home.
