Chelsea have dropped an improved and fresh offer to signed Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United, MySportDab reports.
This transfer have been the most talked about with both clubs who have held a number of talks before the latest progress.
Chelsea have been looking at the situation which they feels the demands from Manchester United was being too high.
The situation remains clear since day one as the player have favored a move to London after an initial attempt was made in January.
A number of teams have approached the Argentina international this summer, but he remain closed on other deals.
His main focus was waiting on Chelsea to reach an agreement with Manchester United after personal terms was resolved.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed a progress have been made with an offer being dropped by the London club.
