Chelsea have revealed Liam Delap shirt number after completing his move from Ipswich Town, MySportDab reports.
The Premier League club announced and unveiled the new striker who earned his move after turning down other offers.
He is expected to fight Nicolas Jackson for a place in the team which is lacking that number 9 man to get the job done.
The striker is still young just like Jackson, but the Blues are hoping he could get the job done for them next season.
Chelsea have today confirmed the player jersey number ahead of the new season as they would look to use him as their main striker.

“The squad number Liam Delap will wear following his transfer to Chelsea has been confirmed.
“Delap completed a switch from Ipswich Town on Wednesday evening and has signed a contract with the Blues until 2031.
“The striker, who netted 12 Premier League goals last season, will wear the Chelsea No.9 shirt.
The number 9 shirt is known to be cursed as many strikers have struggled to make anything happen playing with the jersey.
Liam Delap is looking to break the curse as he has taken up the responsibility to shoulder whatever that comes with the number 9.
