Nigeria’s Super Eagles star Fisayo Dele-Bashiru marked his European debut in style, scoring in Lazio’s commanding 3-0 win over Dinamo Kyiv in their Europa League opener on Thursday night, MySportDab Reports.

Dele-Bashiru, recently signed from England’s Sheffield Wednesday, announced himself in the 35th minute with a thunderous strike.
A pinpoint pass from Matias Vecino found the Nigerian midfielder, who unleashed a powerful shot into the top corner to double Lazio’s advantage. The goal was a landmark moment for Dele-Bashiru, who had only made his Lazio debut earlier this month.
Lazio’s momentum didn’t slow down after the goal, as Boulaye Dia added his second just minutes later. This time, the forward headed home from close range following a precise cross, giving the visitors a comfortable 3-0 lead before halftime.
Despite pushing for a response, Dinamo Kyiv found themselves frustrated by Lazio goalkeeper Ivan Provedel, who made crucial saves to deny efforts from Volodymyr Brazhko and Andriy Yarmolenko.
The second half saw Dinamo Kyiv ramp up the pressure in search of a breakthrough, but their hopes were dashed when substitute Maksym Bragaru received a red card for a reckless challenge on Mattia Zaccagni.
Lazio’s Tijjani Noslin was also sent off for an off-the-ball incident, but Dinamo Kyiv failed to capitalize on the numerical advantage, unable to find a consolation goal.
