A professional lip reader has revealed what Mo Salah said to his manager Jurgen Klopp during their fallout at the weekend, MySportDab reports

Mohamed Salah and Jurgen Klopp descended into a verbal row during Liverpool’s 2-2 draw with West Ham in the Premier League at London Stadium on Saturday, April 27.

The prolific Egyptian forward, who was benched in the game, was about to be subbed on when he fell out with Klopp.

In footage that has generated much fuss in the media, Klopp could be seen approaching Salah when he was about to be subbed on. He extended a friendly handshake which was reluctantly taken by Mohamed Salah.

Apparently, unnerved by the reaction of the player, the Reds boss seemed to lash out at the player. A furious Salah responded and was remonstrating aggressively towards the German before his teammate Darwin Nunez stepped in and restrained him before he went in for Luis Diaz who was coming off.

After the game, Salah ignored Klopp and went straight into the tunnel.

Klopp played down the incident in his post-match press conference while Salah fueled tensions with a fiery response in the press conference room.

Meanwhile, what the duo said to each other at the touchline during the fallout was yet to be deciphered. There were speculations Salah must have used a foul language on Jurgen Klopp in reaction to the latter’s verbal attack.

Amidst speculative takes on what the Egyptian forward actually said, a lip reader, John Cassidy, has revealed what the footballer said.

Speaking with SPORTbible, Cassidy revealed Salah did not insult Klopp with a swear but was explaining himself to the 56-year-old.

“Salah said, ‘There’s nothing I can do about that, nothing.’

“Klopp’s reply was obscured, indicating Salah wasn’t ready as quickly as Klopp liked it to be. Klopp walked over and irritated Salah by saying something to him.

“Salah then said, ‘I will, I will get a red card, after seven years, after seven years’ service, after seven years!’ He then got ushered away by Nunez,” Cassidy said.
