Chelsea manager Mauricio has fired warning to Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke after the penalty saga during Everton win, MySportDab reports.

Speaking in post-match press conference, the Argentine tactician described the incident as a shame, and made it clear he won’t accept it next time.

”I told them this is the last time I accept this type of behaviour,’ he said on Sky Sports. ‘They’re all, involved in this situation, all out next time.

On queries whether the club don’t have a designated penalty-taker, Poch revealed Cole Palmer is the first-choice penalty-taker, and it is a common among the staff and players of the club.

“First of all, I want to tell you to make clear that they know, the players know, the staff know, the club know that the taker on penalties is Cole Palmer.”

Chelsea steamrollered to a 6-0 Premier League win over Everton at Stamford Bridge to boost their hopes of a European slot, thanks to a four-goal by Cole Palmer.

However, the masterclass performance was overshadowed with a penalty saga that saw Palmer, Jackson, and Madueke struggle to take the spot kick Palmer was allowed to take and complete his first Premier League quadruple of goals in a single game.

Palmer has now taken his Premier League tally to 20 goals in 27 matches for Chelsea, matching Erling Haaland’s tally for Manchester City this season.

The feat has seen the England youngster bumped into a potential tight race for the 2023/24 Premier League Golden Boot with Manchester City sensation Erling Haaland
