Barcelona are one side who are expected to make a shock U-Turn concerning Xavi Hernandez job as manager, MySportDab reports.

The Spain coach is expected to leave the club at the end of the season after making his announcement known earlier.

Barcelona president have caused another shock among many concerning Xavi Hernandez job which is now looking somehow complicated.

It was announced that this season would be his last as the manager of the side who were looking at making a change.

There has been a couple of names linked with a move including Jose Mourinho who once had time with Barcelona in his early days.

Mikel Arteta is also another name on their list of manager who they have been plotting to go after once the season comes to an end.

But with the recent comments made by Barcelona president, things are now looking complicated and Xavi could remain with the club.

According to report reaching us from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the comments which was made by Laporta concerning Xavi Job.

Here Is What Was Said:

“Barça president Laporta: “Xavi insists on saying he won’t change his mind and he’s gonna leave in June but… we will see”.

“I still hope to keep Xavi next season, but it’s only up to him”, told MD.

“I’d really, really, really like Xavi to change his mind and stay as Barça manager”.

“I won’t put pressure on Xavi. It depends on him, he’s aware of my desire for him to stay here. We will see at the end of the season.

Barcelona have had their struggles this season but have managed to make it through into the next round of the Champions League.

Xavi Hernandez possibility of staying remain very open according to Laporta who will do more than enough to make the situation work out.
