Mason Greenwood is once again on the spotlight as he stars with a brilliant freekick in Getafe training, MySportDab reports.

The Manchester United loanee to Getafe could be seen in a viral Getafe training ground clip scoring with his both legs while being put through on set-pieces.

It was another brilliant moment for the English winger as he once again enthused the fans and brought his sparkling qualities before the camera.

The video had sent a buzz across social media with some Manchester United fans asking him to come back to the club when his loan deal expires next summer.

MySportDab understands Mason Greenwood is keen on extending his stay with Getafe in Laliga when his loan deal expires as he is loving life with the Madrid-based club.

He was greeted to a heroic welcome by Getafe fans and has enjoyed the backing of the club’s chief since joining on transfer deadline day from Manchester United.

Manchester United opted for a loan deal for the player after confirming he is innocent of assault allegations but wanted him to continue his career away at Old Trafford.

No buy option has been attached to the loan deal because United wanted him back at the club at the end of the season.

However, there have been speculations he may not return to the club again if Ineos billionaire and investor Sir Jim Ratcliffe successfully takes over sporting operations at the club when his £1.4bn partial takeover bid is ratified.

Meanwhile, Greenwood has been linked to bigger clubs in Laliga with Sevilla also interested in his services.

Since joining Getafe, he has recorded an assist and a goal for the club as he gradually brings back his career to life after 18 months exile.
