Arsenal opened their Premier League 2023-24 campaign with a 2-1 victory against Nottingham Forest, MySportDab reports.
The Gunners get on with a good start which gave them the maximum three points as they look to get things going for the new season.
Edward Nketiah and Bukayo Saka contributed to the goals which were scored by the community shield winners for the new campaign.

The Gunners and Forest kicked off their Premier League 2023-24 campaign in good pace after coming from their preseason.
Nottingham Forest were fully engaged in the match which they pushed for something but were easily knocked back occasionally.
Arsenal took the lead after an insane skill from Gabriel Martinelli saw him setting up Edward Nketiah who made the scoreline 1-0 in the 26th minutes.
The match pushed on with some glances of opportunities until another goal scored by Bukayo Saka made things 2-0 in the 32nd minutes between them.
Arsenal were already cruising as they finished the 45 minutes with a healthy 2-0 lead against Nottingham Forest who were not up to the task.
The second half was more better coming from the Forest side who were more cautious of everything happening on the pitch.
Nottingham Forest were able to block every loopholes exploited by the Gunners which saw the game closely matched between both teams moving forward.
It was a lot more uncomfortable for Arsenal who faced a lot of resistance from their opponent who did not give them any opportunities of breaking through.
The game was 70 minutes gone and scoreline still the same with so much in opportunities coming through but everything was all going to waste.
Taiwo Awoniyi scored a goal back for his side in the 83rd minutes after a wonderful teamwork with Anthony Elanga to make the scoreline 2-1.
Arsenal ended the match with a victory 2-1 against Nottingham Forest to kick-off their Premier League campaign which was a good one.
