Sweden crashed out USA via penalties 5-4 at the FIFA Women’s World Cup after playing a goalless 0-0 scoreline, MySportDab reports.
The match was a heated one and renewed rivalry between both sides who have always played against each other in the tournament.
Zacari Musovic was the hero of the match which saw the Chelsea goalkeeper making a huge number of saves from the kickoff to penalties.

They both came into the match haven scaled through the group stages which wasn’t an easy one for the both of them.
The USA Women were in sound mind and came into the match knowing they had to make something happen for themselves.
Sweden had their moment but they barely had a lot in them to push against their opponent who saw more of the ball.
The match was a close call for both sides who did everything possible as they wanted a goal which didn’t come for them.
They continued to push unto the ending of the first half which they couldn’t score as the 45 minutes ended with Sweden 0-0 USA.
The remainder of the match was more of the same with them both coming in with everything they had to offer.
No goal was coming from them with Zacari Musovic doing more of the saving to keep the game going for the Sweden Women.
The match carried on boiling down with still nothing tangible to separate them as they worked towards the 70th minutes mark.
Nothing separated them as they headed into the extra time with so much left to play between them for a chance of making it through.
They came to penalties and it was the Sweden Women who were able to make it through into the quarterfinals 5-4 against USA who were denied by Zacari Musovic.
