Chelsea claimed the English Premier League summer series title beating Fulham 2-0, MySportDab reports.
Christopher Nkunku scored one of the goals in the final match which enable the Blues to claim the title after 90 minutes.
Thiago Silva opened things with a beautiful header which was well finished beating the goalkeeper in the match.

The game started well from both teams who had alot to play for in a match which was also a rivalry between both London side.
It wasn’t an easy one for Fulham who had to endure lot of problem coming from their opponent who had more control pushing on.
Thiago Silva scored in the 20th minutes of the match from a header which put Chelsea ahead 1-0 as they carried on forward.
Nothing could be done despite the Fulham side coming forward on numerous attacking play which was eventually stopped.
More attempts came from the Blues who had control and dominance in the game which was all working in their favor all through.
Christopher Nkunku benefitted from a rebound which he netted in so well making thing 2-0 in the 41st minutes after another wonderful play.
