Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has now revealed his decision about Victor Osimhen leaving the club, MySportDab reports.

Aurelio De Laurentiis has said that the Italian club will not sell striker Victor Osimhen this summer despite interest from across Europe.

Osimhen has been one of Napoli’s best players this season as they finally won a Serie A title after 33 years.

The Nigerian scored an important goal at Udinese on Thursday to win the title, and his goals and general performances have been epic.

The former Lille man has scored 22 goals in 27 league matches this season, leading to heighten speculation about his future.

However, the difficult Napoli man De Laurentiis has warned any club interested that he is not interested in a sale.

‘I don’t play to sell Victor Osimhen this summer, at all!’ he told Cinque Minuti.

It will be difficult some clubs this summer to sign players from Napoli’s title-winning team.

Osimhen and his team-mate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia have been linked with big money transfers this summer.

Also, Min-jae Kim and Stanislav Lobotka have attracted interest abroad.

De Laurentiis at Napoli has developed a fierce reputation over the years for his negotiation style and won’t budge on sky-high prices he wants.

Kalidou Koulibaly found it difficult to leave the club due to the figures De Laurentiis mooted to those who expressed an interest.

Manchester United are one of many interested in Osimhen, with Erik ten Hag demanding a top striker at the end of the season.

MySportDab understands that Osimhen could cost around £100m or £150m.

His contract expires 2025, meaning Napoli have a strong position in any negotiations that might take place.
