Manchester United played out a 4-1 victory against Chelsea who were the better side at Old Trafford, MySportDab reports.
Goals from Casemiro, Anthony Martial, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford scored in the game which saw them helping their team to claim a much needed victory.
First Half Report
The home side were the team who made good use of their opportunities despite getting few touches of the ball moving forward.
Manchester United took the lead in the 6th minutes of the game which came from a Christian Eriksen assist which was headed into the net by Casemiro to make it 1-0.
The match continued with Chelsea doing more than enough from your end to make sure they make a comeback which was very much impossible for them to get in the match.
Alot more for the away side happened until Anthony Martial doubled the advantage for the home side with a tap in finish in the 45th minutes plus added time to make it 2-0.
The first half ended with Manchester United taking a wonderful 2-0 lead against Chelsea with 45 minutes of football done at Old Trafford.
Second Half Report
The second half was another one packed with action coming from both teams who made sure they created a lot of opportunities going forward.
Chelsea were the side under a lot of pressure knowing they came into the second half already two goals down and fighting to make a comeback.
Manchester United were in control of their fate which they did everything possible until Bruno Fernandes scored from the penalty spot to make it 3-0 in the 73rd minutes.
Marcus Rashford added another one in the 78th minutes of the match which saw them making sure they increased the scoreline to 4-0 as they continued.
Joao Felix pulled one goal back for the Blues in the 89th minutes of the game after a wonderful effort which saw the Portuguese making it 4-1.
Manchester United did an excellent job in making sure their victory was well deserved with a 3-0 result against Chelsea as they confirmed their return to Champions League for next season.
