Erik Ten Hag CONFIRMS Update On Lisandro Martinez Injury Scare

Erik Ten Hag has addressed Lisandro Martinez’s injury scare during the club’s Europa League quarterfinal tie against Sevilla, MySportDab reports.

Lisandro Martinez was helped off the pitch by Sevilla players after he seemed to have suffered an Achilles problem and could not continue with the game.

He was later stretchered off the pitch sparking concerns Manchester United must have been dealt a fresh injury blow after Marcus Rashford injury blow.

Speaking in post match press conference, Erik Ten Hag allay fears Lisandro Martinez have joined the growing Manchester United injury list.

When asked if Lisandro Martinez have picked up Achilles problem, Erik Ten Hag replied, “no it is not the area.”

He also added, “I cannot tell what it is, but it is not Achilles problem.”
