The club executives are set to splash a new wage offer for the Norwegian amid interest from Laliga and European champions, Real Madrid.

The report says club executives are ready to meet and increase the weekly wage earning of the Norwegian to a whooping £500,000 a week.
This will make Haaland one of the highest-paid Premier League players.
His current weekly wage at Etihad is £375,000 bringing him at par with the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Manchester United’s David De Gea, who are currently the highest-paid Premier League players.
An increase in Erling Haaland’s wage to £500,000 a week could see him become the highest-paid Premier League player.
His contract at Etihad expires in 2027, and the club is also ready to extend it by a year to keep the Norwegian at the club.
